Shipping policy


We aim to get your order to you as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are processed and shipped from Ireland via An Post, except for Dublin same-day orders, which are hand-delivered.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • Ireland (Nationwide): Next working day delivery. Orders placed before 2PM usually ship the same day.

  • Dublin (Same-Day Delivery – Hand-Delivered): Available at checkout.

    • Cut-off time: Orders must be placed before 6PM for same-day delivery.

    • Cost: €15 for North Dublin, €10 for South Dublin.

    • Delivered by hand directly to your door (please note: these deliveries are not tracked).

  • United Kingdom: Delivery within 3–4 working days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, customs, or peak holiday periods).

TRACKING

  • All standard Ireland and UK orders are shipped with a tracking number via An Post.

  • Dublin same-day deliveries are hand-delivered and therefore not tracked.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Same-day Dublin delivery is charged at €15 (North Dublin) or €10 (South Dublin).

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. PSATTIRE is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be shipped the following working day, unless same-day Dublin delivery is selected.

📦 All PSATTIRE orders are carefully packed and shipped using An Post Tracked Delivery (Ireland & UK) or our Dublin hand-delivery service to ensure safe arrival.
