We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from PSATTIRE. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

In the same condition you received them.

Unworn, unused, and unwashed.

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@psattire1.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
